James R. Gapinski’s chapbook manuscript, Messiah Tortoise and Other Fictions, was named as one of twenty finalists for Anchor & Plume Press’s open reading period. The final selections for Anchor & Plume’s 2016 publication schedule will be unveiled in early September. Read the full announcement here.
Conium Press is currently considering chapbook and book submissions for the 2015 and 2016 publication cycles. We’re open to any length. A $10 reading fee must accompany all manuscripts. Response times are typically one to three months.
We’re also accepting general submissions for our next print edition (no reading fee, April 1st deadline).
Our Innovative Short Fiction Contest ($500 prize; judged by Amelia Gray) opens to submissions on February 1st, 2015.
